Refund policy

At FigureArt Store, we value our collectors and work hard to ensure every order is fulfilled with care. Please read our refund, return, and cancellation terms before placing your order.

1. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Products received in good condition and as described are not eligible for return.

  • To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted at our discretion).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace defective or damaged items.

  • Damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

  • If your package is lost during shipment, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • For archived PayPal invoices, PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (Pre-Orders)

Plan Payment (Installments):

  • A non-refundable deposit (first payment) is required at the time of order.

  • Additional installment payments are refundable only if requested within 90 days of payment. After 90 days, they become non-refundable.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Pay in Full:

  • If cancelled within 7 days of purchase, payment will be fully refunded.

  • If cancelled after 7 days but before shipment, 90% of the payment will be refunded. 10% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.

  • If cancellation is requested after 150 days from the order date, the full payment becomes non-refundable.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Product Pricing Errors

If a product is listed with incorrect information or pricing due to supplier or typographical error, FigureArt Store reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be refunded in full if payment has already been made.
